How we use your tax information

Information you provide through Genesis is used internally by THE TAX CUTTERY to evaluate, establish, and perform tax preparation and related firm services you request. Submitting Genesis does not require you to authorize unrelated uses of your tax information.

Federal law restricts a tax return preparer’s use and disclosure of tax return information. We do not use this intake as consent to disclose your tax return information to outside parties for unrelated purposes.

Files are treated as pending until they pass our intake and identity checks. Please do not upload executable programs or password-protected archives.
