One credit is $300 and buys one base-season sitting. Financial coaching, tax planning, and advisory use the same bank and calendar. Premium seasons cost 1.5 or 2 credits. Tax return preparation is priced separately in your engagement. Credits are the only way to book — dollars never touch the calendar.

Questions, answered

What does a sitting cost?
Base season 1 credit, 1.5× season 1.5 credits, 2× season 2 credits. The calendar shows the cost before you burn anything.
When do credits expire?
Single credits die 90 days after purchase. Packs die December 31 of the purchase year. No extensions, ever.
What if I'm short half a credit?
Top-ups are credit-only — buy another credit. Cash top-ups don't exist.
What if I cancel?
7+ days out, credits return to your balance. Inside 7 days, late, or no-show: burned. No exceptions.
Do I need the book?
Yes. Credits require a registered Guide, and the ladder requires the consult, the organizer, and the baseline before you can book.
Refunds?
There are none. Read the terms before you pay.

Live Hour Credits — Terms of Purchase

  1. What this is. A service package redeemable only for Live Hour sittings. Not a gift card, gift certificate, or stored value; no cash value; non-transferable; no cash redemption except where required by law.
  2. Expiry — no extensions. Packs expire December 31 of the purchase year; singles expire 90 days after purchase. Expired credits are void — never extended, refunded, or reinstated.
  3. Redemption. 1 / 1.5 / 2 credits by season, value locked at purchase. Credit-only top-ups.
  4. Availability. All sittings subject to availability. Sales are capacity-capped; never offered on IRS deadline days, holidays, or published blackouts.
  5. Cancellation. 7+ days: credits return. Inside 7 days, late, or no-show: burned, no exceptions.
  6. Ladder. Credits waive nothing: registered Guide, completed consult, completed organizer, received baseline.
  7. Fit. A sitting is a two-way street. We may decline sittings where conduct makes the work unproductive; unused credits refund to the original payment method, burned or expired credits do not.
