Internal Integration Terms of Use
Effective July 29, 2026
These terms govern the private QuickBooks integration operated by THE TAX CUTTERY and currently identified as “n8n AgentBox” (the “Integration”). The Integration is an internal business tool. It is not licensed or offered to the general public.
Authorized use
Only THE TAX CUTTERY’s authorized personnel, contractors, and service agents may use the Integration, and only for lawful internal bookkeeping, accounting, reconciliation, financial-management, security, and compliance purposes. Users must protect credentials and follow applicable company controls.
Accounting authority
QuickBooks Online remains the accounting source system. The Integration is an automation and analysis adapter; it does not replace professional judgment, source documents, bank statements, approval controls, or required accounting review. Production posting, deletion, payment, and other consequential actions must remain subject to the permissions and controls established by THE TAX CUTTERY.
Restrictions
Users may not provide unauthorized third-party access; circumvent access controls; use the Integration for unlawful activity; introduce malicious code; interfere with the Integration or QuickBooks; or use data obtained through the Integration for resale, advertising, or an unrelated purpose.
Availability and changes
The Integration may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Intuit and other service-provider availability may affect operation. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the Integration is provided for internal use on an “as is” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. THE TAX CUTTERY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Integration. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and disconnection
Authorization ends when access is revoked, employment or engagement ends, or the QuickBooks connection is disconnected. An authorized administrator may disconnect through QuickBooks Online or request assistance at 1040@taxcuttery.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
