Several Years.
One Coordinated
Tax Picture.
Your business returns and your personal returns belong in the same conversation. When more than one year needs attention, start with what was filed, what remains open, and the records behind it.
Start with your situation. Upload available records through secure intake. The work and fee follow a written engagement.
Your Business.
Your Household. Your Tax Picture.
An S corporation reports its activity on Form 1120-S and provides shareholder information on Schedule K-1. Relevant items become part of the shareholder’s personal return. The business and personal files stay distinct; the information needs to connect.

Turn the Pile
Into a Year Map.
Changed preparers? Some returns filed, others unfinished? Unsure where the business and personal work stand? Give each year its own place.
We begin by establishing the filing history and the records available. A review, a correction, and an original return are different jobs.
This is a starting framework. It does not mean everyone needs the same number of years or the same work.
Bring the Records.
Tell Us the Story.
The organizer gives us the facts. The guided initial consultation adds the life changes and concerns behind them. Together, they help us understand what you need.
Start Genesis with the records you have. Use its document-upload area and save your progress as you work through the questions.

Clear Records.
Clear Scope.
The first job is understanding the work. Return preparation, reconstruction, corrections, and representation have different purposes. Your written engagement identifies what is included and the fee.
Intake is a request for work. It is not automatic acceptance, a price estimate, or a promise of a resolution result.

Do I Need an IRS Notice to Request Help?
No IRS notice is required to request tax preparation. Start with the years and records that need attention. Filing obligations depend on your facts, not on whether a notice has arrived.
What If Some Years Were Already Filed?
Provide the available copies and identify which business and personal returns were filed. Review of a filed return, a correction, and original return preparation are different kinds of work. We establish the scope from the records.
Is IRS Resolution Included?
IRS representation is a separate scope. If the records reveal a need for it, that work must be assessed separately and expressly included in a written engagement.
What Will the Work Cost?
The years, available records, and work required determine the scope and fee. The written engagement identifies what is included. Starting intake does not create an engagement or a fee commitment.
Do I Have to Buy the Guide First?
You may request tax preparation without buying the Guide. It is an optional reference alongside that work. Verified Guide ownership and the tax consultation are required for paid tax advisory conversations and written answers.
Where Do I Send My Documents?
Use Genesis, the firm’s secure intake, for your answers and supporting documents. You can start with available records and save your progress. Keep returns and tax identifiers out of public comments and social messages.
Start With the Years.
Build From the Records.
Tell us what needs attention. We’ll use the intake and available records to establish the next step.
Planning and written research are separately scoped. Tax advisory follows the guided tax consultation and verified Guide ownership; paid live time is a separate 60-minute conversation.
